Hi,
I injected a few mcg of PGE1 (2.0 mcg) last Wednesday (April 2nd) but have been having pain at the injection site since with no pain in other parts of my penis. I know PGE1 is known to cause pain but the dosage seems too small to have caused pain so it seems that the injection was the issue? I have no swelling, redness, lumps or anything else. If I get erect, it relieves the pain a bit.
I have hard flaccid so my CC is more firm than usual so I am not sure if that creates more resistance with the needle? I used a very thin needle as well (33 gauge 9 mm) and pushed slowly into the corpra. The needle is even thinner than what most people use here (27-31g) so I am not sure why I am having pain and aches at the injection site.
Anyone have a similar experience
Anyone get pain at injection site?

Re: Anyone get pain at injection site?
Hi. I've had pain at different times with injections. I've unfortunately had problems with giving the injections. I finally found out about autoinjectors and got over. It works better, but I've still had Bruising, a lump at times, etc.

Have you tried again since your last post? Adjusted the dosage? I'm considering injceting for hard flaccid me too, but I'm worried about priapism
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

People probably tire of hearing me evangelize liquid phenylephrine for priapism, but it is so effective for me that I can't help myself. I would never inject TriMix without having the phenylephrine handy as an antidote. I don't use it often (perhaps three or four times in the past nine months) but when I do need it, it's immediately effective and that decreases my worry about too much or improper injection of the TriMix..
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.
