Not a lot of expierence with injections but just recently got a fresh batch of trimix & the first three injections in a row were great hits ( very firm) & then the next 2 were complete misses or 0's. Don't understand what I did different than the 1st 3 that were great. I try to to inject at 3 & 9. Any tips much appreciated.

When injecting how sure you are hitting the target (corpora cavernosium)?

Or are you like most guys who miss simply who guess by aiming at 2-3 or 9-10 o'clock position?

I'm not sure at all, I just try to do what I've seen on videos. 3 to 9 mostly but i can't tell or feel the corp. caver to tell what it is. How do you learn to know how to feel for it? Would love to know.

The corpora cavernosa have no pain nerves, so there's no pain when the needle pierces the tunica, or encasing membrane (think sausage casing), but when I run my thumbnail along my length on the side of my penis where I want to inject, I can feel the thumbnail with the corpus, when the nail is right above the corpus. My corpora are thin, about 0.2in (5mm), about the size of thick spaghetti, so they're not easy to locate, but this is how I've done it for eight years now.

When I began injecting, I used the 9-11 and 1-3 clock technique but missed a lot because, as I slowly learned, it's quite blind.

(When I was first injected by the urologist's nurse, she hit a corpora immediately - I still don't know how she did it so expertly!)

I too had a lot of unexplained misses when I first started injecting.

What changed things for me was I started to use a VED to pump up to 50 to 60 % erect, chubby, but not hard. This gives me a much larger target. I pop on a ring, so that it stays chubby and allows me to take my time and find a potential injection site.

After starting this routine, I almost never missed.
