In the UK I am told the only drug available is caverject which I have a prescription for but out of the last 4 months I have only managed to get the full amount once it's so frustrating that when you get something you can use to get past the horror that is ED then that treatment is seemingly taken away

Do you have compounding pharmacies that can compound PGE1 for you?

The compounding pharmacys that I can find, do not work with NHS prescriptions only private ones this is as far as I can see I may be wrong. Coming up to another month without any caverject I have had to go back to tablets which work for me but I suffer really bad side effects I really hate having ed

My insurance won't pay for the compounded Caverject/Edex substitute either (or the name brand) but it's cheap enough that I don't care. If you can find a compounder that can make it check the price. With my compounder here in the US the cost is the same regardless the strength. I get a strong mix and just use less of it. It works out pretty cheap that way.

Have you tried invocorp (bimix) I got my GP to prescribe it when I told him caverject was impossible to get , I told him I had tried 20 different pharmacies without any luck, some area health authorities allow it some dont, but your GP would do you a private prescription if not. Invocorp works brilliantly for me, none of the dull achy pain that comes with alprostadil (caverject )

Is there any difference in the erection quality with Invicorp?

Caverject is still available. There is no info on Pfizer net pages that they would stop producing it.
Invicorp in an alternative but remember to carry a refrigerator with you.
