Hello injection gang.
So i had injection number 4. All of those straight alprostadil. First one was pharma caverject 20mcg for a doppler. Second one was doctors office a very small dosage which resulted in a semi. Third and fourth were prefilled syringes i took home from doctor. The first caverject resulted in a 4 hour erection that went away on its own. Second is the semi i told you about. Third, was almost a priapism that went away with some ice and some squats (62 or 52 units of alprostadil.). Fourth was 50 units of alprostadil. First erection in 5 minutes,at about 45 minutes came the orgasm. And from then on went from flaccid to erect some times more. Problem is especially after the orgasm, penis felt painful . There was some pain before the orgasm, but not too serious. So my question is for all you long time users,or even short ones, does alprostadil pain ever goes away? I mean after 10 injection ,does the body get used to it maybe, and the result is just the erection??
Thanks in advance!
Is the alprostadil pain going to go away?

If you got almost priapism from these kinds of doses, you should inject significantly less. That way you will have less pain too. It is when the erection remains after ejaculation that I get pain, I think because blood isn't being flushed and replaced in the same way as when you are having sex with it. Massage, continued play or masturbation, and hot showers definitely help.

Is BiMix available in Greece? (Papaverine & Phentolomine). Since it contains no prostaglandin it doesn’t cause that ache. If that is an option you might consider trying it.
I’m in agreement with previous comments about the dose. If you are near priapism dosing (needing to use ice and do squats) then the dose is too high.
If you only have Alprostadil available to you start experimenting to determine the smallest dose you can use with good results. That will give you the least amount of ache.
I switched from traditional Trimix (Papaverine, Phentolomine, Prostaglandin) to BiMix with Atropine (Papaverine, Phentolomine, Atropine) because the ache was too great and just wouldn’t go away. I felt like I had been kicked in the groin for 36 hours. But some guys say the ache eventually went away with repeated use. Mine didn’t.
But in summary, the lowest dose you can get away with, the better off you’ll be.

Alprostadil alone is the safest, even though it hurts more.
The papaverine in Bimix and Trimix causes penile fibrosis and worsening of impotence over time according to Dr. Eid. It is acidic, which damages tissues. Alprostadil alone doesn't cause fibrosis according to Eid.

bldoink wrote:Yes the ache does go away after continued use with many men, but not always. Yes, use the least amount that will get the job done. A partial miss where some of the drug goes into the wrong tissues can always hurt.
Consider experimenting with some novelty/sex shop cock rings. The correct ring(s) for you should allow you to use less of your mix, reducing the risk of ache or pain. You'll have to experiment to find the right ring(s) for you. Expect rejects. You can check out the "Cock Ring" thread found in the "Members Only" sub-forum for some ring suggestions you can try: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21302
Thank you for your answer! I m new in this territory, but in what way can a cock ring help in all this?
