I'm Confused

Postby ShopMan » Thu Mar 14, 2013 11:02 am

I have been reading a lot about Tri-Mix on this forum and it appears that many of you guys are using it.

I also read that Tri-Mix is not FDA approved or pantened. I have an appointment with a uro in a couple of weeks and wanted to request injections.
Is he (or she) going to be willing to offer Tri-Mix under those circumstances?

I have tried Viagra and Cialis. The Viagra effected my eye sight so my Dr. switched me to Cialis. That worked, kind of. Now my erections are very weak or not at all.
I also tried a pump with bands. That worked poorly or not at all.

As a result my GP is sending me to a urologist for either an implant or injections. I am wanting to try the injections first.

I am 75 and have had ED for about 15 years. First post.
80 yrs. Married 60 years. Hypertension but under control with meds.

ED since 1995. Viagra then switched to Cialis. Both quit working.
Was on Trimix. Tri-Mix quit working. Implanted by Dr. Novak Grand Rapids, Mi 12/16/2014 AMS LGX

Don't be confused; the men on this site who are using Trimix were prescribed Trimix by urologists. Otherwise, they would not be able to get it. If the urologist you see will not prescribe Trimix, find one who will. I have been using Trimix for well over a year with great success. You might even call the urologist whom you are seeing and ask whether he prescribes or is is willing to prescribe Trimix. If he isn't, save yourself a medical visit and find a urologist who will prescribe it; then, have your family doctor refer you. By the way, I am 72, and I encourage you to try this before you get an implant. Many of us who are using Trimix with success are 65 and older.

As I understand it, each of the components is approved individually by the FDA for human Injections; however, the compounded mixture is not. I also believe compounding pharmacies are not regulated by the FDA, but fall under state regulatory agencies.
