You are absolutely correct. The vial says ".5ml"

Most places write the mix formulas as per 1ml even if the dispensed volume is 5ml, 10ml or whatever. Some write it as per the whole volume of the amount dispensed. I'm going to guess your mix ratio is written as per a 5ml vial. That would make your mix as per 1ml a 30/1/10 mix. That would make your mix a fairly weak starter mix. But they do make weaker mixes.
