I've never heard that they compound in India/China, but you never know... MenMd is based out of St. Pete, FL, I believe.

I've switched from Olympia to MenMd... better prices... so far no problem with the 30-1-10 Trimix.
Age 67. RALP Jan-2023. Non-nerve sparing.
VED exercise a few days a week, Trimix (30-1-10), ~24 units.
Bending trauma around age 50, resulting in mild Peyronies (VED use has helped).

When I was doing shots early 2023 I also used MenMd never had an issues with them and they ship.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
