3.5 hour erection is not something to worry about (hopefully you enjoyed it). Pain might be lagging injection pain or something. Of course, listen to your doctor, but if it was me, I wouldn't worry about it and enjoy that sudden morning wood.

First and formost, call your doctor and share your concerns. See what he says.

As for me, the only time I experienced something like you're describing is one particular bimix injection (this one towards the base on right side), that caused nerve pain in the penis, as well as into the body part of the penis (penis that's inside you). As with you, scared the heck out of me. I don't recall how long it lasted, and it never happened again, but it just highlights that there are nerves in our little buddies that if poked or prodded get aggrivated. Again, call your doctor, but it shouldn't last too long and you'll be okay.

That is a normal penile exam. You will be fine.

Hi guys.. While overseas I injected too much trimix 5 days ago. As a result, my erection lasted 3.5 hours. The pain runs on the right side from the tip of the penis to my testicle. The pain is inside and at times feels cold. Most of the time it's a semi-sharp pain. It's discomforting more than pain, but still bothersome. The sharpness is going away but slowly.

I called my uro who wasn't available so I talked to his nurse. The nurse said I should take Tylenol and to rest. She also said to place some ice on it. She said if I feel pain to go to the hospital.

Before I injected this trimix I almost never got any nocturnal or morning wood. After this incident, I now get some nocturnal wood. I also can get erect when I lie down before going to sleep which I hardly got before.

Please let me know what you guys think.

I typically have 3-4 hrs. No worries! I've had many last 5 hrs. When they say " seek medical help after 4HRS"...keep in mind they're allowing for another 2 HRS before actual treatment.....so.... if you have erection for 4 hrs..NO PROBLEM. I Just my take ..not medical advice.
