Why would you use Trimix without stimulation?
I can tell you several things that I have experienced. Your results may vary.

First using a cock ring can lower your required dosage. As it helps keep the blood and medicine in the penis.
Second Trimix works quicker if you start the blood flow before or immediately after injecting. I would liken it to priming the pump.

I try to get a chubby before injecting. This makes it easy to inject in the correct spot. It also makes for a quicker erection.

On several occasions when I first started using Trimix. I injected completely flaccid, went back to the bed and it took 20-30 minutes for the erection to come. At least one of those times my wife lost interest, because it took too long.
Now when I inject (starting with a chubby), The erection starts within 5 minutes and fully erect in 10-15 minutes max.

I think that stimulation is important no matter what your dosage is. She usually helps me "work" the mix in right after I inject so between her hand and mine, I get pretty stimulated before the real action. I recall being told to massage the injection area right after I did the shot and I don't think I've ever NOT stimulated when using Trimix. I'm not sure if it would be different if I just left it alone. I'll have to find out.
