Tolerance level with Trimix

Hi,

I just recently started trimix. I was started on the lowest dose, then bumped to 10/1/30. This dose still requires about 40-50 units and I am not staying hard for longer than 25 minutes and its only 60-70%. My doctor just bumped it up to 20/2/?.

My question is, will my tolerance keep going up? If i continue to use trimix, will I need to increase dosage as the years go by?

My mix strength and dose both increased over time in 7 1/2 years (30/1/20 @ 0.15ml to 40/4/80 @ 0.60ml, or just 80mcg PGE @ 0.60ml) but with a "multi-media" PT approach I have been able to significantly reduce it recently. NOT an MD. 72, M52 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

I've been using Trimix for just over two years.
I now use a lower amount than when I started injections two years ago.
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.
