So instead of investing in some 5/16th needles, I bought a VED to plump up the penis to help me find a good injection site. I also dialed the nib of the autoinject up so that the needle lenght is probably 5/16th. It is possible to adjust for proper needle length. Since I started using the VED and the adjusted nib length I have had 3 completely successful liftoffs. I am actually enjoying the injection process now.

Hey Welcome to the Forum....glad to hear Trimix is working for you..I've been injecting over 10 years and even the smell of the alcohol pads starts to get me going..When I had my first injection in my doctor's office, I had to wait in his waiting room. When he called me back into to the exam room after a period of time I cannot recall, I had a "chubby" He explained to me that having an erection for 30-45 minutes is fine. If your erection diminishes to a chubby and you can easily bend your penis you're fine. That is my sign that I use that lets me know I don't have to take Sudafed. The beauty of having a "chubby" for a while, maybe an hour is I can get an erection again with stimulation...perhaps not as stiff as PIV sex, but enjoyable sex just the same. Yes, you'll find you know more than these URO guys who don't specialize in ED. Having worked in the health care field I think a lot of the lack of information coming from our Docs is part laziness, part pressed for time...Time is money in a doctor's office and the more time he or she spends with one patient takes away from the total amount they can see in a day..

Sad but true. Most Doctors are employees with a quota. Got to meet the quota!

Hi I wanted to give an update on my injection journey. I went from my first injection in the Dr's office of 15 units to using 10 units. I've injected 4 times now and have had total success every time. I am alternating sides and using the 3 and 9 'o clock positions. I am also using a Giddy (cock ring of sorts).

My wife and I are over the moon with the results. I wish I would've started injections 3 years ago when the pills became increasingly ineffective. My wife loves the fact we don't have to wonder if we are going to have sex like we did with the pills. Usually being disappointed, but for some reason occasionally they semi worked. Which kept me using them.

Also using the lube called Aloe Cadabra which has been the best we have ever tried.
72 years old, married 30 years, used Levitra successfully for 15 years, tried Cialis, Stendra and Viagra, they never worked, starting Trimix as a last resort

Glad to hear of your success...Satisfactory sex is what makes life worth living.
