Should I use a pump while to prevent scarring, on days without sex?

Reasonable us of a VED is probably a good idea if you aren't getting natural erection, including nocturnal erections.

I've never read/heard that VEDs will prevent scarring. Do you have a source for this claim?

I had scar tissue before I started injecting. It happens because of trying to have sex with an inadequate erection. I don't think the injection site insertion is the cause of scar tissue

The medical literature on these drugs (particularly Papaverine) says they can cause scarring and "improper" injection techniques can cause if from the needle itself (as in injecting the same spot too often....though I'd argue with a pretty high rate of men who inject developing some form of scarring...it's probably not just 'improper' technique)....JFYI.
