Reverse Titration

I've been injecting for about 10 months now. In the beginning I did the typical titration process where I started with 5 units of Trimix (30Pap-1Phen-25Pge) and worked my way up (+5 each time). I ended up using about 24-26 units. This gave a great erection that lasted a little over 2 hours, but was quite achey.

Recently I've been experimenting with Titrating back to a lower dose. I've worked my way down to about 18 units and still get good results with less ache. I am using a ring for about the first 10 minutes and make sure that I work the Trimix in very well with lots of massaging (squeezing up and down the penis for a couple of minutes). I still get a good 2 hour erection. I will keep dropping the dose by 2 units each time until it's not enough to do the job.

I believe that in the past I wasn't massaging the mix in well enough (thus requiring a higher dose), and the ring does really seem to help. These were both tips from you guys on the forum. Thanks.

Anyone else here find that they were able to back off on the dose and still get good results as long as proper technique is used?

My starting dose was 10 units. I then worked my way up to 20 units.
Since then I've reduced back down to 10 units.
My urologist wanted me to do even less. But my wife gets upset when things don't work.
