ED issues have been my calling card with multiple sclerosis! I have used all of the orals, and now have moved on to injections.
TriMix works so well! I don't have a partner right now so anything that I have been doing has just been masturbation?
That being said I cannot have an orgasm¡
Has anyone else had issues with this??
Are there any injections that will not interfere with orgasm?

i have been on trimix for a over two years, some 250 plus injections and i also have issues with orgasm. i think my last orgasm through penetration was around injection number 5 or 6. i have not had a penetration orgasm since. i do have orgasms, if I’m lucky and they take a lot of work from my hand in order to have one. i can only attribute it to the trimix. i did not have these issues when on pills. it does not seem to affect all men who are on trimix and if there are some injections that dont interfere, i have not heard of them on here or anywhere else. my doc seems to not really care as long as i can get an erection. i researched cabergoline and have been on that for over a year. it definitely helps with thinking you can have an orgasm but it does very little. at least for me. i have tried orgasm creams and lotions to no avail. my only consolation is that trimix makes me last so long that the wife gets more than her share of orgasms to my one, if I’m lucky. i wish i had better words for you. sorry.

The one time I tried Tri-mix T-105, I had a hard time climaxing as well. It's technically called anorgasmia. I've experienced it many times over the years....usually only if I'd achieved my absolute hardest erections (before I had ED obviously)...often times, I'd just have to stop....largely b/c my wife or GF was getting too sore. I'm a bit of an odd ball in that sex for me is always more about my partner getting off than me. I derive most of my satisfaction from making her feel great and trying to get her to climax a ton of times, so it wasn't that big of a deal to not get to cum.
The problem of not being able to climax will be exacerbated by using too firm of a grip while masturbating, aka "death grip"....so if you're doing that while solo, you're likely making the problem worse for intercourse with a partner. Try masturbating with a lighter grip and with a good lubricant to get used to the lighter touch/sensation. Maybe bring the new gf along for the experience.....most men have a hard time recognizing that sex doesn't always need to be about penetration; it can be so much more than that (and I'm even having to learn that lesson at 50 years old and struggling with getting it up/keeping it up), but it's an invaluable one to have and will help you really fill in your toolbox as a lover being able to please her with not only your mouth/hands/toys, but also just build closeness/trust/intimacy through touch, body contact, holding/caressing/kissing, etc.

I've been injecting with Trimix for the past 10 years and I have had the difficulty you describe from time to time. I've also had what I call "dry orgasms" with Trimix, meaning I get all the sensations of orgasm without the ejaculate. When that happens it doesn't quite feel like I'm totally satisfied, but it does get me "over the hill." I find the longer me and my GF go without sex ( like once a week?) the more times I orgasm. What's interesting is about 6 months ago I moved to Quad mix at a much lower dose, and not having an orgasm has yet to happen. The Quad mix for some reason feels more like a natural erection, much firmer, harder and that seems to be the difference...You may have to find the optimum "sweet spot" in terms of the Trimix dose that leads you to getting that explosive orgasm..
69 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.

i did have normal orgasms until 5 or 6. while on pills i never had this issue and could come when i wanted.
i dont mastrubate alone on trimix. when i do JO, it still takes a while and its with a semi.
hopefully anorgasmia wont be an issue and only wish you all luck. give her an overload of orgasms, she will love it. mine sure does.

I have been using trimix now for about 6 months and the results have been fantastic..... However it now takes me much, much longer to ejaculate.... which on balance has turned out to be a good thing...
However I have had a couple times on Trimix that intercourse had gone on so long I became exhausted and had to quit.....
