Left and right corpus cavernosum not symmetrical?

Postby brian188 » Mon Feb 05, 2024 7:40 am

There is a big difference in the quality of my erection injecting on either my left or right side. For me the right side and at the base gives me the best results. Since so many of you fellas agree there is a difference which side you inject, I decided to do some research to see if there was an actual explanation for this. My question …………. is there a difference in size and shape of the two corpus cavernousum?

First, I simply examined myself (in my flaccid state) to see if my left was the same as my right. Holy cow…..in 69 years I never noticed my right is bigger than my left! To be exact, the right side of my shaft is thicker. My right testicle is bigger, so does this make sense? I don’t know, and not much showed up as far as medical research is concerned when I googled except when dealing with testicles. Those findings ….. in 80% of men, right testicle is larger than left, which then tends to cause the left to position behind the right and hang lower in the scrotum. Yup ………. Just like “my boys”. OK, plenty of info on testicle size, volume, weight, shape, etc.

I did find however that the fellas of at Thunder’s Place started a thread in 2010 entitled ‘One side of my corpus cavernosum is thicker than the other.’ Nearly ever guy that responded said they too noticed the same thing.

Alright, anyone else brave enough to play with their cock to see if this could be true?

I need about 12% more Trimix in one side to get the same erection, so I'm guessing that this corpus has more volume. Both feel the same size though, flaccid or stiff.

Urologists say that testicles have nothing to do with the penis.
Age 78 in 2023. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

When my penis is erect, I don't notice any difference from my right to my left side..However, lately I have noticed better results when I inject on my right side than my left. I still get an erection when injecting on my left side, but it doesn't seem to have the same hardness as the right. No human being is perfectly symmetrical so I don't doubt there are differences in the right side or left side of a man's penis. Now I've been injecting over 10 years, and for several years in the beginning I recall having better results on my left side than the right..so who knows??..I'll do what works best at the time...which now seems to be my right side. I only inject about once a week, so sometimes I will inject on the right several weeks in a row...only because there's 7 days or so between injections.
