With reference to the Tri-Mix injection erection. I can seem to find any literature on whether there is still a refractory period after the prostate is removed. I have read several posts that most men can orgasm and climax and still retain an erection for some time after sex, but nothing on the ability to continue and have another orgasm and climax again thereafter. Anyone found any info on this topic? Do we still experience a period of time before we can cum again? Any comments or experiences to share?

Definition; “The refractory period is the period after having an orgasm during which a man is not sexually responsive.”

Does this topic also include male multiple orgasms?

One of the reasons I started using Trimix, was to overcome PE (premature ejaculation).
When I first started using Trimix my wife complained that I came too soon and as she said lost my sexual energy despite keeping my erection. I tried saying otherwise. But understandably any guy she's been with likely zoned out after ejaculation.

Now when we have sex, I still usually ejaculate fairly quickly. But with Trimix I (try) to make it a quiet ejaculation since I do not lose erection.
At that point, I feel energized because I no longer need to hold back.
Then it's all about her. When she comes, I usually have an even bigger dry orgasm.
