I tried 2.5 Units/MCG of viridal( aprostadil ) in the doctors office, but it didnt do anything other than hurt and give me a slightly fatter flaccid penis.

Now since I can get a full erection I just struggle to keep it, Im guessing it failed because it was such a low dose?

We dont get tri or bimix in the UK so its just Aprostadil on its own.

Main question is.. should it produce an automatic erection or do you still need stimulation?

Both. Some men it’s automatic some men require a little stimulation. I would look for the full effect to take place at 10 units and above ( not a doctor though).

If your dosage is correct you should get an erection in 3 to 15 minutes, at least that is my experience.
