Yes, you feel the needle break the skin and penetrate the cavernosum, but it's so momentory & so mild that it's not really painful (in fact I usually can't quite focus on the tip of the needle so I'm a tiny bit surprised when I break the skin lol).

After 20 years of worsening ED, it's incredibly liberating to know I'm getting hard and staying hard when I need to perform! IYKYK

I've got syringe cases, travel coolers & a pouch that holds my antidotes (pills & syringes) & alcohol, sharps tool). A small investment in confidence that's worthwhile!

Happy for you dude..Trimix can be a game changer. I've been injecting for some 12 years now, but I have had to up the dose over those 12 years. Recently tried Quad-mix which was like rocket fuel the 1st time I used it. I still can be ok with 30ccs of Trimix, but any performance anxiety I have can influence its' effectiveness. Enjoy yourself....seems like you are!!

First couple of injections were very uncomfortable. Erections lasted 2 hours. Up to my 6 or 7th shot. Getting more comfortable and less pain from needle. As far as results go I am very happy. Pills are not working now. I attribute my lack of maintaining a good hard-on to my type 2 diabetes and the multiple medications I take daily. New girlfriend, new dick, life is great.
