My prescription has arrived and is designed as 10/12/1. Would this be considered a weak or strong recipe? Is there a chart that identifies the typical ratios? Looking forward to my first home injection soon.

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and hallucinations and or delusions at worst. Internet forum advice is generally worth what you paid for it or worse. Always ask your doctor or pharmacist and follow his/her advice.

I'm going to assume that your ingredients are listed in the following order: Alprostadil (also known as PGE1 or Prostaglandin E1)/Papaverine/Phentolamine. There seems to be little uniformity in what order the ingredients are listed. Also, your ingredients appear to be written as per 1ml/cc which is fairly common but in no way universal. As is most commonly (not always) done, the alprostadil is written in mcg(ug) (microgram) while the other ingredients are written in mg (milligram). In any case I'd say your mix is a very weak starter mix.

If you go to the "Documents Worth Reading List" in the "General" sub-forum (https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9266) you can find some information and links that will give examples of some common mixes and some other stuff.
