assume that your ingredients are listed in the following order: Alprostadil (also known as PGE1 or Prostaglandin E1)/Papaverine/Phentolamine. There seems to be little uniformity in what order the ingredients are listed. Also, your ingredients appear to be written as per 1ml/cc which is fairly common but in no way universal. As is most commonly (not always) done, the alprostadil is written in mcg(ug) (microgram) while the other ingredients are written in mg (milligram). In any case I'd say your mix is a very weak starter mix.
