I’m 68, post RP 18 months ago. Before surgery, I was about 6 inches erect. Now, with bimix, I’m about 4 inches erect. ( I have not measured. Just a guess.)......
This is my new normal, and I’m grateful that the injections work.

Have you been using a VED for therapy? You should be able to regain some, possibly most, and maybe all of your lost length with regular use of a VED for therapy. Your current length doesn't have to be your new normal. I think my current erect length is close to my pre-RP length. However, my flaccid is still smaller.

I have a theory about the angle of erection with injections (not the curve) - I might be wrong, but i believe that the drug is not sufficient to act on the WHOLE of the penis. As we all (should) know, a large part of the penis is actually INSIDE the body - and that part also plays a role in the erection. That's why pressing behind your balls gives you a "boost", afaik. So, what i believe can be an issue with erection angle is that an injection remains pretty local in terms of effect, even tho the drug spreads around the shaft pretty well. It isn't "enough" to have serious effect on the internal part tho, so basically the erection remains pretty "unstable" at the very base (even if the shaft is hard enough for penetration).

This might be completely wrong, but it's a thought...

Can't say I noticed a difference in size or shape but firmness was not good most of the time as it was pre RP, which seems to make me more the exception. I was told I had a small prostate so assume I didn't lose as much ureathra as some from the sugery.

Hunchback.................I think you answered my question. Yes....so much of our erection actually starts at the base underneath and behind our balls. Perhaps the RX is just not getting back towards the root of our penis, therefore not causing that part to become fully engorged and therefore hard enough to create any upward curve or high angle of erection.

Hunchback, I have the same opinion as to why Tri-Mix doesn't give me the same erection angle as I use to have. I believe you are 100% correct. And in fact.... I have felt around the root of my penis once the Trimix takes effect and it doesn't appear to have the same firmness as along my mid-shaft. I bet that if we could inject at the very start of the corpus (behind our balls and in front of our anus) our Tri-Mix erection would be completely different. More like our "former selves".
