Yes, I use a VED for maybe a minute.
Makes it much easier to target the corpora cavernosa.
It also allows for more variation of the location/target area.
Plus it seems to help avoid blood vessels/veins.

Note: I would not recommend using VED with Trimix to get a full erection or using VED for an extended amount of time when using Trimix.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD

Yes. It helps significantly for many people, especially if you're a grower, not a shower.
Age 66. RALP Jan-2023. Non-nerve sparing.
VED exercise most days, Trimix T-106 (30-1-25), 25 units.
Bending trauma around age 50, resulting in mild Peyronies.

using a VED is the only way i inject trimix. makes it much easier to find a good place to inject. i also aspirate to ensure i am in the right area.

What or why do aspirate after pumping and before injecting? I had only seen the statement when refering to preaprism.

aspirate refers to drawing blood into the syringe, kinda like heroin users do. lol. i use the VED to plump up and find a good area and then after i inject i draw back a small amount. if the blood draws into the needle easy, then i know i am in the right spot, and then inject the trimix in. it has worked pretty good so far.

What he said. I like to inject a partially plumped unit for all those reasons.

If there has not been enough fluffing and foreplay, or there are other disarming circumstances such as cold temps or distractions, etc., a mild partial pump helps plump it up. Otherwise the cavernose is the size of "squirmey" spaghetti and I'll have a misfire. And ditto, I never pump after injection.
