Losing Weight

Postby 6gun 44 mag » Thu Jan 03, 2013 2:00 pm

How many of you guys were motivated to lose weight after you saw the effectiveness of using trimix? I've got a bit sloppy in the past few years, 50 pounds sure could go bye-bye, I know that my playtime would be a lot better without that weight. Anyone want to share what they did, and how it helped in the bedroom. Got a new jug of trimix just yesterday, and decided to try and lose some weight.

My opinion is that Weight Watchers has the most sensible and healthful plan for losing weight. You are encouraged to eat a balanced, non-faddish, truly healthful combination of food. Good sexual health is based on getting all the right nutrients, and any plan that encourages you to leave out an essential food group won't contribute to a healthy sex life no matter how much weight you lose. Once you learn how to keep track of your food intake you may not need to attend meetings; however, most people need the discipline and learning you get at the meetings. Steer clear of the gimmicks that they now offer, including various bars and frozen meals. Eating food at home, cooked at home, from fresh produce will make a difference, too. Restaurants and fast food are not usually healthy options if you seriously want to lose weight. If you can cut back to one meal eaten out per week, you will be more likely to lose weight. That's how I lost 35 pounds in about a year and a half. Best wishes; it does make everything better.

Eat less; move more. I've gone from 208 to 175 in 2 years. 15 more pounds to go.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Eat less and exercise more!!! Also losting weight will add an inch or so to your penis length because the fat in the lowerabdomen will be less and will not cover the base of the shaft. Therefore the shaft will look longer. Less fat will also mean your abdomen muscles will be more toned. This helps to make your erection stand out straighter or even upward instead of drooping downward. I lost 20 lbs. Both my wife and I saw these results

I did Weight Watchers for about a month and it did work for me. I also used the Dr. Max Powers Burn for about 2 weeks and even my friends have really noticed a difference. I am at that age where weight is really hard to budge. The Max Powers Burn combined with Weight Watchers has made a huge difference. Although I also have a load more energy.

Buy a Fitbit and start walking. Join in some of the "Workweek Challenges" with other Fitbit wearers. It takes about 90 minutes or 5 miles to walk 10,000 steps -- sort of the gold standard for losing weight and gaining fitness. Some people walk 20,000 or even 30,000 steps a day. Others start out at less than 5,000 steps a day and gradually move up. I average 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day and once hit 31,000. I've lost just under 50 pounds. Good luck.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
