There is an injection video on this site. Click on "Treatements" at the top of this page, then select "injections" and go all the way to the bottom. There is a video that should show you everything. The needle is so small, it really doesn't hurt at all and the results are fantastic. I never thought I could bring myself to inject, but I'm sorry I didn't start earlier. It took me 2 years. Good luck.

Do you know how to check your private messages? Look at the third line on the left side of the page (or two lines below the Frank Talk banner). There you can see whether you have any private messages. Just click on that to see your actual private messages.
