Frustrated

Postby sirgawain » Thu Jun 08, 2023 11:07 am

I am on TRT, and I use Trimix. I use Trimix because after a spinal injury, I have had very iffy erections. I can generally goer one, but keeping it is difficult because of a reduction in penis sensitivity (nerves).

So that's my baseline.

What I cannot figure out is why sometimes, with the same dose of T-101, I can orgasm easily, and other times, I can go and go and go and go and it will take very focused finishing off with my hand when my wife taps out.

I don't know why I am fluxuating in sensitivity. I don't know if it is the TRT, or the Trimix.

Anyone who has gone through this -- have you figured it out? It's starting to mess with my head. My wife already feels bad enough that I need a needle to fuck her, but now she is starting to think it's her fault I can't finish in her.

i have had problems w anorgasmia since starting trimix. I have also been on TRT for 7 months of that as well but have not noticed the TRT help or hinder it. i know exactly what youre going through with the going on forever and then hand jobbing it when she is done after a few hours. since i started i have not been able to come easy. now, there have been occasions when it feels like i could but no luck. the only luck i have had is being able to come after an hour. most times its way after that. docs have no idea on why and have only given me cabergoline which i take but still have had no luck. taking sure makes me horny as hell but no luck in the orgasm dept. my wife also thought as your does, but after more than a year, she knows that it is not her and something medical that neither of us can control. we take great pride in her making me have the one because it takes so long and is so hard that it is worth the work.

What is your refractory period?

How often are you having sex?

We had sex on Sunday, and then again last night, so it's been a few days. I thought that was it too, but then I had a week of being able to finish in normal time when we had sex every other day. So it's difficult to figure out. I'm starting to wonder if the times I am having more difficulty are when the "batch" of trimix is fresher out of the freezer and the other times are when it's being sitting thawed out in my fridge for a week or two. Maybe it weakens it just enough to give me more feeling? ::shrugs::

My glans sensitivity has been falling off slowly the last few years. My urologist made an X-ray for kidney stones that shows spinal scoliosis (curved spine because of poor posture in the past), and thinks that there might be a partially pinched penile nerve where it exits the spine. Since you have had spinal injury, maybe pinching comes and goes. Maybe osteopathic doctors or chiropractors work on this.

Reassure wife that we guys over 50 have our physical sex problems and it's nothing to do with her!

I've used Trimix for five years, never freezing it, that's unnecessary, and I see no difference between fresh out of the refrigerator and Trimix which has warmed up for three days on vacations.

Lot of guys with our sensitivity problem in the Anorgasmia topic; not many solutions yet, but keep checking it.
Age 78 in 2023. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

IMO, this has nothing to do with the injections and everything to do with your mental state.
Injections literally do nothing but force the retention of blood in the penis to give you a fake erection.

However, how you feel in your head can change everything, including your ability to finish, how fast it is, etc. Obviously factors like alcohol and drug use, physical and mental fatigue etc can also play a role in the results... but yeah, it's not about the injections.
39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
