Hey Guys,

So I think I am a pretty good looking guy but tbh I don't really have the confidence or energy to date right now because of this ED even rejected a girl at my gym because I feared performance failure. To the OP: inject once you are with the escort. You aren’t dating or trying to impress this person. She’s there as her work. It won’t matter. A lot to deconstruct here, it reminds me of myself early in my journey. I injured my dick, got Peyronie's and developed ED. Did a bunch of traction to gain length and got a divorce. So went to the dating market with Peyronie's and ED but with the power of injections.

As for injections, I highly recommend pure PGE-1 it has less chance of corporal scarring. Either way you should be doing traction and VED to avoid any scarring.

As for an escort, that's not a horrible idea. But pulling chicks on tinder is easy i prefer to do that but to each their own. I just recommend you wear a condom of course. Does the PrEP have any side-effects?

Hey Hillywilly, I can only strongly advise you to test at least 2 injections for yourself in advance, so that you know exactly when they start and, above all, how long they last. you don't want to do that when you have the escort lady in front of you, because if you invest money it should be worth it. the psychological component is not that easy when you think about whether it works at all.

Does the PrEP have any side-effects?

There are a couple different meds now used as PrEP. The first one (Truvada I think) could be hard on your kidneys so lab tests were required every few months. I think the next generation (Descovy I believe) didn’t have the same issue.

I’ve taken it for several years and the only effect I’ve ever noticed is peace of mind that I can’t catch HIV.
