One side has required an average of 12% less Trimix than the other, from the beginning. My urologist doesn't know why. This imbalance doesn't sound like much, but it gave me a lot of trouble when I started injecting because I followed the instructions to alternate sides when titrating up, and so had difficulty figuring out the optimum amount. In fact, I once got a 4-1/2 hour erection and almost went to the ER. So I advise new guys to work with one side when titrating up.

In general, the sides are the same, but as I said, there are different perceptions because you spray better with one hand than with the other and then not everything can always go right and it doesn't work. only further attempts help here.
For me the result is always the same

Remember to massage the mix in, while compressing the injection site, after injecting to help spread it quicker.

I have the feeling that with the same dosage, the effect is more on my right side. It feels harder and last longer ( sometimes too long for my taste). And in the year that I have been injecting, I have learned to select the side, depending on the “urgency” of the situation. I never feel confident injecting on the left side for the “must happen” situations. It could be because it is my dominant hand - I use auto inject- but I am persuaded that different sides yield different results.
