Today I took .25 ML of Trimix. It is getting better, I am getting closer. In the first 10 minutes, it started getting harder, then softer, then harder. I would say it probably took about 20 to 25 mins before it was erect consistently. For the next hour it was harder, then softer, repeating that. During that hour, it would fluctuate, but was still erect a good bit of that time. About two hours after the injection and a good bit of fluctuating, it just went down to normal, in probably about a 10 minute timeframe. Does that sound normal? I feel like I am getting close to my dose. Does what I prescribed mean I need to up the dose a little bit more? .28 or maybe .30 ML?
Thank you in advance.
Trimix Dosage
Re: Trimix Dosage
I have the variation in hardness too. I still have some (not enough) natural erection and I attribute the variation in hardness to the combination of the shot +\- my own erection varying in strength. It’s a combination.
If you have some erection ability as well it might be the same thing.
The only reason I ever increased my dose was when the current dose wasn’t giving me a firm enough erection for sex. I don’t need a steel pole, I just need firm enough to enjoy the sex.

Re: Trimix Dosage
It sounds to me like you might want to increase your dose just a tad more. After that if you use much more you might want to consider a stronger mix so you can inject less. Bear in mind if you were using Edex you might be using a full ML if you used the full dose so from that perspective 25 or 30 units isn't a big deal. However, depending on your mix pricing there may be a financial advantage to a stronger mix so you can get more shots per vial.

Curious, about the variations in hardness; what are you doing during this time?
Are you active in the sex act (intercourse)?
Are you using any kind of stimulation such as masturbation?
Casual observer?
I find that hardness is enhanced with any kind of stimulation or the use of cock ring.
Age: 67. Struggled with ED/PE for years. Used Viagra with mixed success. In May 2022 started successfully using Trimix with very good results.
Re: Trimix Dosage
I am still able to get somewhat of an erection, but it generally does not last long at all. So far I have taken the injections at home alone. I am trying to get my dosage correct before, I am ready to try with sex. My wife has zero patience and I am trying to get the dose correct for it to be erect and she will not be disappointed. We have not had much good luck lately, i want to avoid that again.
Re: Trimix Dosage
Today I took a .30 ML dosage on the right side. I did not get the same reaction as Monday when I injected on the left side, with a .25 ML dose. I have noticed, I seem to have better results when I inject on the left side. I seem to almost always bleed a little bit, bruise a little bit on the right side and never on the left side. I also read a post recently where one person said that he needed different doses depending on which side he injected on. I am starting to wonder if maybe I will be that way too. I have read a few other posts that have said they have varying results with the same injection dosage. I guess Friday will be .35 ML. I think the doctor said if it gets as high as .50 ML, to call her. I guess that means they will call in a stronger prescription. Again, my formula is a fairly weak one.
