Covid and Injections not working/Loss in Efficacy

Just seen this Article published in one of Nature Journals in Feb 2022

The paper above is saying there is growing evidence that the Covid virus may cause ED due to its affinity for attacking endothial rich tissues such as Heart, Lungs, kidneys and testicles. Vascular lumen (middle bit of your blood vessels) change/damage. Can cause drop in testosterone output
In brief, I have seen alarming drop off in Invicorp efficiacy after getting Covid quite bad 4 months ago.

Has anyone seen a drop off in efficacy of their injectable meds or ED get worse after a bad covid infection?
