But trimix did save my love life for a couple years, so I suggest you use it if you need it. It works well.
That's a new one on me for a person who has had open heart bypass surgery before I even used ED medications. ED in middle age men (50's) is usually the first sign of a cardiovascular problem...The artery feeding the penis is much more narrower than the arteries feeding the heart. Thus atherosclerotic conditions begin to get noticed when a man in his 50's could be 40's or even 60's starts to have ED. There is tons of literature on this, if you Google ED and heart disease. I have been using Trimix for some 10 years and my cardiac condition has not worsened. But I chalk that up to a vegan diet and a very active lifestyle. I would venture to say most men who are taking ED meds already had atherosclerosis. And that is a condition that without proper treatment and lifestyle changes will get worse...When guys talk about Trimix not working anymore? I venture to say as my cardiologist has said as well..."The underlying condition causing the ED is getting worse to the point where medications including Trimix stop working
I think you nailed it in the "head" when you talk about the Trimix not working anymore for a small percentage of guys. Most of those guys started on real high doses and they didn't seek the lifestyle changes to treat their ED and their ED just got worse overtime.

Around Christmas 2022 I got sick with Pneumonia, Stopped all sex and ED meds for almost two months. In Feb 2023 I noticed a slight but noticeable upward curve.
I called my urologist and the earliest they can see me is this week.

Last night I used Trimix, and afterward while still erect measured myself. It appears I lost 1.5 inches in length and 1 inch in girth.
Previously I measured 6-6.5 inches in length and 5.5 inches in girth. WTF?

Trimix cause deformity in some men and doesn't in others, is a dangerous drug, that is why is not FDA approved .

The only horror story was my first attempt. The dose was too high and after 4 hours and an unsuccessful attempt via injection to reduce my erection, I had it drained. Not a pleasant experience. Since then I am the lowest dose and 14 months in it working great.

Is there nobody who has had a catastrophic complication from injections? Supposedly cavernositis or infection of the corpora is a possible complication, is it really so rare that nobody here has had it?

TwoStep, A extremely painful erection that lasted for almost 4 hours left me with a narrowing, shrinkage, dent, deviation to the left penis. Is been over 4 years now, and now I have severe shrinkage and almost complete impotence. I went to a clinic that inject high doses on the first visit, and they don't have MD on the staff, the guy that injects you is a Physician assistant with a total lack of humanity

Thank you for sharing your story Screwedbd, I’m sorry for your issues.

Is that the worst anyone has had happen from injections? I want to hear the gnarliest adverse reactions to injections that anyone here has had. Infection leading to amputation, penile cancer, anything catastrophic

I query the value of these threads.

Generally speaking ED therapy is:

1. PDE inhibitors (e.g. Viagra, Cialis..etc), until complications arise.

2. Injection Therapy, until complications arise.

3. Penile implant.

There are horrer stories in all three steps.

But I don't see the value of fretting over this.

E.g. I had an onset of clinical tinnitus from Step 1, I couldn't sleep - I had to listen to white noise, so I moved onto Step 2. Tinnitus went away after 3 months.

Does everyone who takes Viagra get tinnitus? No!

Viagra use is very common, yet all the doctors I've seen have never seen such a case.
