The reason because I ended up like that is due to a medical negligence of Nathan Papadeas of Tempe Az, he injected me a high dose on my first visit, and when I was rock hard he let me leave his office, he never once mention what to do in case of Piraprism or painful erections, he was completely careless, and once I was deformed and I asked him advice on what to do he was extremely rude, he is pure evil. He is still injecting Trimixto other people, now I'm devating if my life is worth it, while he is making big money.
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

I do not have the pictures on how it looked before the injection, but these are how I looked now:

Screwed, you should be doing daily traction. Ideally 4+ hrs a day with a vacuum chamber based device. Also be using a VED every day, 30 minutes. Also take Pentoxifylline to try to break down any corporal fibrosis.

Developed Erectile Dysfunction, Dorsal, & Lateral Curvature.
Treated With Traction, VED, DMSO, & PGE1.

Did the dent appear at the injection site?

I'm slightly confused. That pic doesn't look that bad and many guys dicks curve slightly to the left. It really doesn't look that much out of the norm and it appears to be working. Am I missing something?

Two-step, yes the dent appear on the injection side, NPD Nathan Papadeas injected me way too much for a first visit, he should start with a low dose first, but he is NOT a Medical Doctor

Pumpkinman, my dick before the injection was straight and wider, I losted girth and lenght, plus my ED is worse, some guys inject Trimix for 30 years and don't get any problems, I tried once and I got screwed big time, I'm beyond unlucky

But trimix did save my love life for a couple years, so I suggest you use it if you need it. It works well.

That's unfortunate, almost sounds like the same deal as viagra. Were your side effects with injection similar to those with PDE5i, or of a different nature?

No, pills never made me light headed or pass out. They gave me headaches and diarrhea.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

But before I make a habit of using injections I want to hear your worst (true) horror stories of injection outcomes. Scarring gets mentioned a lot but i want to know how bad it got for you, how many degrees curve/bend did you end up with, how much narrowing, before/after pictures welcome. Also interested in any other horror stories, like cavernositis etc.

That's a new one on me for a person who has had open heart bypass surgery before I even used ED medications. ED in middle age men (50's) is usually the first sign of a cardiovascular problem...The artery feeding the penis is much more narrower than the arteries feeding the heart. Thus atherosclerotic conditions begin to get noticed when a man in his 50's could be 40's or even 60's starts to have ED. There is tons of literature on this, if you Google ED and heart disease. I have been using Trimix for some 10 years and my cardiac condition has not worsened. But I chalk that up to a vegan diet and a very active lifestyle. I would venture to say most men who are taking ED meds already had atherosclerosis. And that is a condition that without proper treatment and lifestyle changes will get worse...When guys talk about Trimix not working anymore? I venture to say as my cardiologist has said as well..."The underlying condition causing the ED is getting worse to the point where medications including Trimix stop working
69 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.

Any more injection horror stories? From the responses so far they don’t seem all that harmful as medical treatments go.

Two years past Radical prostatectomy. Still no return to normal functioning. Sifinidil and VED not satisfactory. Doctor told me to use Tri-mix. Turns out I am unable to use Tri-mix or Bi-mix. Unfortunately, it worked great, however the Tri-mix caused pain in my penis to the point that I could not even touch it. My doctor switched me to Bi-mix. I used it twice. Still great erection, however, the first time the erection lasted about 5 hours before it subsided with the use of Sudafed as my doctor suggested, the second time my erection lasted almost eleven hours even with taking Sudafed. I ended up in the ER at 4 am. The doctor did not know anything about "Priapism" (erections that don't subside). His plan was to slice into my penis to release the trapped blood. After waiting 3 hours in the exam room with at full mast, for them to get to me it finally subsided on its own. When I spoke to my doctor, he advised me to throw it away and not use it again. I'm not sure what I am going to do, probably get an implant.
