fillled 8/18 and says do not use after 10/18. I only injected a few times with this bottle because viagra/cialis were working for me, now there not. It's been sitting in my refrigerator the whole time do you guys think it is still safe to use? really would like to use tonight.

Just shake the bottle and if it looks clear then go for it. The worse thing it might have lost a little of its potency so you may have to bump the units up a tad..have fun.

My urologist said as long as it is clear it should keep up to a year in the refrigerator.
The expiration date is actually a legal requirement.

My first vial lasted 6 months. the last injection actually worked a well or better that the first injection in May 2022.

Hopefully you don’t mean 2018!?

If it was in the freezer since August I would say it’s good. If it’s been in the fridge I’d toss it. That stuff isn’t that expensive anyway.

I'm guessing it's safe if made up in good bacteriostatic water and kept sterile. The alprostadil is the more fragile ingredient. After awhile it's probably just bi-mix when the alprostadil is degraded. You may not notice much difference if the alprostadil (PGE1) ingredient is very small as it is in many starter mixes.

I'm currently using alprostadil mono-mix that's about 2 years old. However, it's been hard frozen in the back of my freezer the whole time. That's definitely contrary to label instructions so it's all on me if something goes wrong.

I wonder how it worked for you? When I was injecting a vial in the fridge would lose a good part of its potency in 5-6 weeks. Found myself using such a big dose my penis would ache the next day.

Used this morning and got a useable erection. I used 10 units of Trimix # 5 and was disappointed with the results. I did get fully hard but I had a bit of pain in the left where I injured myself in November.

It could be that I depleted the area because I have been masterbating a lot and maybe the Trimix degraded a bit as well too because usually I am very hard for 3-4 hours on the same dose this time I had to stimulate it and it only last until ejaculation then went semi and looked kinda crooked at injury site.

I will try again in a few days when a new bottle arrives and try to stop masterbating so much just a lot of depression and anxiety over my current penis state because I loved the way it was before this injury.

If it was in the freezer maybe it could last that long. Not sure about the fridge.
