I have a 6” girth. Of course, try different sizes, but I’ve found the shorter needle works fine. I like the 31g because I notice the stick less than a 29 or 30 gauge. If I go in straight on I don’t get bent needles.

If you look at the pic you can see why girth isn’t so important for needle size. You just need to get the needle through the skin into the corpus cavernosum. The skin thickness isn’t that different for guys with thin or thick girth, it’s the size of the corpus cavernosum that is different.

But everyone is different and you just need to see what works.

So by looking at the diagram it seems almost impossible to miss yet folks talk about failed injections all the time. Why do urologists and pharmacists recommend only injecting at 10 & 2 because looking at the diagram it seems you could inject almost anywhere outside of 12 and 5,6,7?

Its easier to miss than you might think.

Late at night when you're in a hurry and maybe had a few drinks and your cock is a limp noodle.

It helps to have a a little chubby going, it's easier to hit the sweet spot when the spot is larger.

I'm curious about the penis cross-sections.

Are these diagrams showing corpus cavernosum, are they in an erect state or flaccid?

Seem after I inject (trimix) the corpus cavernosum becomes quite full.

But when flaccid, the corpus cavernosum is about the size of a pencil, in other words shrunken.
