Here i see a lot of people are using pge1(alprostadil) instead of trimix?
What is the reason of using pge1 alone if trimix is more powerful than pge1?

If you live in Europe you have no choice. Trimix is simply not available. There is also some evidence that alprostadil is much less likely to cause scar formation.
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.

Trimix can cause fibrosis and Peyronies in some people. This happened to me within 2 months of using Trimix.
2011 RP, nerve sparing 1 side, Gleeson score 7. Injections with Caverject 5mgm caused severe pain, Trimix resulted in PD. Implant 2014 AMS LGX 18cm +2cm rte. Revision 2021, AMS LGX 18cm + 2cm rte

Trimix caused me severe Piraprism that resulted in permanent penis deformity, Trimix is very invasive
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

My implant doc told me the only guys he's implanted that had no scarring had used straight PGE.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
