I been injectin for a year and had my fist brusing > Is tha somehing to worry about? I assume I just miss the mark a little.

If you have the usual circular bruise around the injection site it's nothing to worry about. It just means you nicked a blood vessel with the needle.
You'll find it will disappear in a few days.
We all get them occasionally.
Healthy 70yo used injectibles for 20 odd years, Alprostadil, Caverject and now a variation of bimix.
