What does it mean when you make an injection and the plunger is very hard to move? - Mike

It means you have improper needle placement. Try a little deeper. If that doesn't work back out a bit and go shallower. This assuming the plunger was free moving before the injection.

What's stopping the plunger from working? - Mike

The point of the needle may still be in the tough layers of tissue surrounding the erectile bodies (too shallow), or in the walls of the urethra (too deep) not in the blood-filled erectile bodies themselves where the medication can flow out easily.

Another possibility is that the needle is in a blood clot or tough scar tissue from prior injections.

Never force the injection because that can cause damage.

If that plunger doesn't go down super smooth and easy, it is best to remove the needle and pick another spot.

I would add one step after removing the needle from your cock. Push the plunger and express a minimal amount of trimix from the syringe before re-insertion. I have theorized that pre-loaded frozen syringes will not operate properly on every occasion -- it's unlikely you have a syringe issue, but I believe it is possible.

Not a bad idea except that you should be exercising the plunger several times before withdrawing Trimix from the bottle.

I hate to be contrary but I never find I have to remove the needle. I just adjust the depth in or out. Sometimes I'll also withdraw the plunger a tad just to confirm that it isn't stuck.
