Erection vs Firmness

With 25 units of TriMix I'm able to get a soft erection. But it's not firm enough for penetration.
Will a greater dose increase the firmness? - Mike

More juice should help. Have you experimented with novelty/sex shop cock rings yet? They may help firmness also and without the extra juice.

I seem to recall you mentioning putting on the ring after the injection, even while things are growing.

I was originally kinda disappointed with the results from injections. Once I paired a shot with a Giddy ring, the results have been astonishing.

Highly recommended (any cock ring will do, but I've had amazing results with the Giddy).
57 - Married 28 yrs - pills (Cialis/Viagra) no longer work - just started Trimix - 40 units gives me a 90 min erection.

I've tried a few soft novelty rings (TPR, 1.75") to supplement the shot but when injected, they are too tight. Actually like bldoink has said elsewhere I believe, or someone else, it got too fat for wifey and a bit engorged and sore for me. When injected I need one that lets a bit more blood out. Any good multi-sized assortments you know of?
NOT an MD. 71, M51 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

Yes, a larger dose will help. However, have you tried foreplay yet? Even if you only get to 80% with Trimix then you start making out with your partner many guys (myself included) add our own power to get to 100%.

I’ve noticed with trim mix my head doesn’t get as bigots like only the shaft should I move closer to the head or what I’ve tried pumping and while on Trimix the shaft stay the same width my head grew but went right back

Have some of the same problems. I have also noticed that when the glans doesn't enlarge enough it's difficult to reach orgasm because of reduced sensation.I sometimes use a not to tight cock ring. Massaging the penis and glans after injection helps too.
