Do Injections Work While You're On Hormone Therapy?

I had robotic prostatectomy last year. My cancer returned so I just started radiation. My PSA doubled the two months prior to starting radiation so I may need to start hormone therapy. Do injections still work while on hormone therapy?
68, married 49 years. Robotic Prostatectomy with 50% of nerves spared 8/21. Cancer returned 4/22. 38 Radiation treatments. Cancer returned 3/23 and began ADT Treatment. Coloplast Titan implant 20cm + 2cm with Dr. Paul Perito 10/22.
