Autoject El replacement?

Been using the autoject El for 6 months, how long should they last? Last 3 shots didn’t get deep enough, and/or did not help with erection. Could it be a worn spring or scar tissue after only 6 months? All the others were 95-100% for nearly 3 hours.

Did you change needle brands or length? Did you check to make sure your depth adjustment is still correct?
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
