For those that struggle with both ED & PE, How has Penile Injections affected PE

Like the title says:
For those that struggle with both ED & PE, How has Penile Injections affected PE

I've used Viagra for 10 years with mixed success. I have somewhat weak erection but am able to have intercourse 80-90% of the time with Viagra.
But I also struggle with PE. Because of these issues my wife is no longer interested in sex.

I am hopeful to begin Injections in about 2 months, that's how long the wait to see the doctor for In-Person training.

My question for those that struggled with both ED & PE, how have the injections affected your PE?

Edit: PE = Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation (PE) is when ejaculation happens sooner than a man or his partner would like during sex.
Generally speaker lasting less than 2-3 minutes.

What's PE short for? I didn't need training for injections. All the information for success is here and online.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil

Forgot as well... premature ejaculation.
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Ah. With Trimix I've found I have complete control over ejaculation. Even if you do ejaculate early so what. You'll still remain erect for as long as you want depending on how much you've injected. Either way you can keep going as long as you want.

I've been practicing what I would call slow sex for sometime, in order to delay ejaculation.
The problem with that is my wife then says she cant feel anything.

I'm hopeful the Injections will fix these issues, and allow us to restore intimacy we both desire.

Agree with another poster - with injections, who cares? You'll stay erect.

I generally stay hard for 30+ minutes after orgasm, depending on what the wife and I are doing.
57 - Married 28 yrs - pills (Cialis/Viagra) no longer work - just started Trimix - 40 units gives me a 90 min erection.

Trimix made me go from a slow cummer to a long long cummer. But even if it happened too soon, it will keep you hard.
