I apparently have pretty bad nerve damage from the RRP. Viagra does nothing for me as a primary ED solution. However it does seem to enhance the injections some. I also find it helps pumping quite a bit. I've never been able to pump easily with a VED like some guys. Whatever internal vascular valves that are in play just don't seem to like to open but with Viagra pumping is a lot easier. Pumping is also easier with some sort of visual stimulation be it video or wife.

Hey bldoink , Why don't you just go for the implant?

Because I get very good results from injections and have been for years. If it gets to a point where I'm not satisfied with the results I get I'll consider other options. Why mess with success. I have no reason to risk surgery, it's potential (albeit unlikely) negative outcome, pain, recovery time, unwanted bulge or expense. Cost/benefit analysis.

Just did my first self injection. Nothing, zip, ziltch. My first injection at the docs office last week resulted in 40 minutes of great sex and 4.5 hours of boner that had me worried, taking pseudoephedrine, packing it on ice and exercising myself to exhaustion until it subsided.

Did 0.2ml at docs so went to 0.1ml to avoid any priapism. Doc did left side, I did right this time. Pretty sure I got a good location, no pain, plunger went down easy peasy, one tiny drop of blood at needle spot. Felt exactly like it did at the doc.

Doc gave me the 0.3ml left in the sample vial and one syringe and needle. And I just used it, so, can I just get some needles and syringes at CVS? Think its a 1/2” needle and really narrow syringe. Guess its basically an insulin needle?

Gauge of needle is usually 31 (some use 30). it's VERY narrow, and can bend easily. The length of 1/2" seems too long. I think 5/16" is pretty typical (1/4" too) - but 1/2" may be too long (might overshoot target area, don't want to inject into eurethra...).
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Just measured the needle on the syringe the doc gave me, definitely 1/2”, and the syringe has “use U 100 insulin only” printed on it. I agree 5/16” would seem to be more than enough to hit the target area.

For an extra kick in the ass, my back went out on me when I went to get out of bed last night. Can barely walk much less participate in any hanky panky.

Happy New Year to me - NOT!
