I take 100mg sildenafil a few minutes ahead of injection; this cuts the amount of Trimix I need about in half. Might give you more oomph. But see a real doc to be safe.

And if you do this, start with a low Quadmix dose as we're advised when starting injections, titrating up to find the right amount, so you don't get a case of priapism.

I am presently using their Quad mix with 150 PGE and needing at least 70 to get mediocre results. I think we are both at the end of the injection potential... I am currently shopping for an implant doc... Good luck with your situation

PD as well from before I ever began to use injections. Started out with Viagra which eventually lost its effectiveness. Started injections 4 years ago with incredible results at a low volume of Tri Mix. Have had to steadily increase volume and mix to maintain effectiveness.

How frequently have you been injecting during those 4 years? And has your PD been mostly stable or gotten significantly worse during the period when you injected? Thanks!

I'm 67, had ED for the last 7 years, using Quadmix 150/20/200/2, up to 50 units. None of oral meds worked for me. Initially Quadmix didn't help much either: it produced enlargement, but not enough firmness. What made some difference was testosterone injections. With those penetration became possible, though erection doesn't last long. My total T is at or above upper range.

Not sure what your experience level is with injections but if you don't inject it into the cavernosa tubes it won't matter how strong it is it still won't work. Many injection rookies make the mistake of upping the dosage amount and finally hit the cavernosa and end up in the ER with an erection that won't go away.

I’m also on a large dose of a strong mix and found that adding a cock ring (not a constriction ring from a VED, just a good fitting, high quality cock ring from a good sex shop) helps my erections a LOT. I’m able to get better results and found I can use less injection. Firmer and longer lasting as well. Clearly slowing the venous leak, trapping more blood in the penis is what is going on here.

If you aren’t currently using a cock ring, give it a try. I’ve found that a silicon (stretchy but firm) ring that goes under/behind my balls and over the base of my shaft works great.

You say you were implanted in February Joe. Are you still using quadmix on top of the implant?
