First time trying trimix

So I graduated from oral meds. Today went in for the urologist appointment and he injected 5 units because I get natural erections but my issue is the duration (they go away quickly during inter course ).

I noticed I got a semi hard floppy (maybe a 6/10 erection) after about 15 minutes. Doc said it will work a lot better at home due to the environment. I guess I was expecting a 8-9 erection? He said continue with the 5 units.

Well I hope the injections work well for you for a long time.

Thanks. Do you think a bump up in dosage is needed based off initial results?

Not yet. With injections you want to start low and work your way up. That same amount might work great when you're actually engaged in sexual activity.

Using too much means you have to go to the hospital. They're dealing with covid right now and don't want to bother with a guy who took too many dick drugs.

I pretty much agree. You indicate you still have some fairly good natural response. Try the injection with stimulation and perhaps with your partner and see what happens. You can always increase your dosage so there's no reason to rush.

What mix and strength are you injecting?

Your Doc is right, it will work better in the right environment.

The drug used to make the boners go away (pseudoephedrine) is a "fight or flight" sympathomimetic drug, and it's very effective.

As you can imagine, your body is naturally pumping plenty of this type of thing when in the doctors office getting the news.

Had my first injection at the Urologist on Tuesday. 10 units in a diabetic syringe. Got chubby in about 15 minutes. Not firm. Today gave myself the injection. Surprised at how easy and painless it was. 20 units this time as directed by Dr. 15 to 20 minutes later was nearly erect. Was going solo so I don't know if it was quite firm enough for penetration. Lasted about 45 minutes. Going slow for safety. Will try 25 units next. Hopefully will be good enough for sex.

boydie, I guess I’m lucky I only need 10 units to get rock hard. My Trimix goes a long way.

The volume of the injection in units means nothing without knowing the strength of the mix. I use an alprostadil mono-mix. If I use a mix of 20mcg per ml, I use 56 units. If I use my current mix of 80mcg per ml, I use 14 units. Mix strengths vary dramatically.

IMHO, it's best to work out your dose at whatever the doctor starts you at and then do a little math and figure out what strength mix allows you to use the dose volume you want, that also delivers the dose of active ingredients you need. I prefer to keep the dose volume below 30 units as I prefer to work with the lower capacity syringes of .3cc/ml.

Using 10mcg+1mg+30mg/ml of PGE-1+Phentolamine+Papaverine.

I’ve used 5 units two times thus far when when attempting sex with wife. First time had a decent response and got a nice erection with some additional stimulation. However, I still had the same issue of my erection going soft quicker than I would like during intercourse. Second time I may have missed when injecting (I was pressing the release button on syringe while putting the needle in) so perhaps didn’t get all of the medicine in. I didn’t have much success second time around.

I’m thinking about upping dosage to 7-8 units and seeing where it goes. Thoughts?
