Trimix and VED

Hey guys, I would like to hear from anyone who uses trimix and a VED for sex. Do you inject first then use the VED or vice versa? How well does it work for you?

Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 :D :D :D Wife likes it too :D :D :D :D

I am new to both. I had a prostatectomy in August.

I used the VED to get a larger target.

Then I inject.

Then I pump for a few minutes.
66, married 40+ years. Robotic Prostatectomy with 50% of nerves spared 8/21. Cancer returned 4/22. 38 Radiation treatments. Coloplast Titan implant 20cm + 2cm with Dr. Paul Perito 10/22. Cancer is back 3/23.

I tried pumping after injecting Trimix. I felt that pumping reduced the effectiveness of the ztrimix. Perhaps because pumping increased the amount of blood in the chamber which may have diluted the Trimix.

I used Trimix for quite a while. I would pump, and then inject. Pumped up made hitting the target easier. With a cock ring, it worked well.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

I pump for a better target, then jab. I squeeze the base for about a minute to make sure the Trimix doesn’t flow out, then give it a few strokes. Works really well, no cock ring. I haven’t had any problems hitting the right spot since I tried this. Just a cheap sex shop pump.
