Yeah, do I take it an hour or two hours or 12 or 24 hours before my shot? It's single dose usage, not on BP meds.

Be careful with that mixture. You could easily cause priapism.
It depends on a lot of factors. Like weather it is a time release formula or immediate action.
I would warn against recreational use of prescription meds. Especially if they are not prescribed o you or if you mixing them.

mild ED for 3 years, l arginine l citrulline and norvaline (amino acid stack) helped.

I’ll edit the original post. It’s immediate and NOT time released. Priapism shouldn’t happen, look at my SuperMix formula, it barely works.
