Need help please

I been doing injections for about 3 years now. I'm having issues with the needle bending (28 gauge) and penetrating into the corpus cavernosa. The corpus cavernosa feels hard to the touch on both sides of my penis.

Two years ago I had gainswave and plasma therapy...neither seemed to help for ED.

Is there anything that I can do for hardening of the corpus cavernosa? Please help

Are you self injecting? I could not use the auto inject for that reason. I inject 1" just below the penis head. It helps to have an erection before injecting to increase the target size

I think you should check with your dr, a "hard" feeling cavernosa might mean there's fibrosis formed.
Better be sure and avoid damage.
39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
