14 month old bimix still worked

Postby slipnslider » Tue Sep 28, 2021 2:54 pm

I found an old syringe I'd preloaded with 6 units of bimix that had been left in the door of my refrigerator for the past year. The mix was actually 14 months old at this point. Tried it out last night just out of curiosity and it still worked really well. It wasn't even frozen, just refrigerated.

I've been using trimix lately, but last night reminded me that bimix does give more "natural" feeling erections that go down more naturally after sex.

However my understanding is that bimix is only the 2 more harmful ingredients from trimix, and leaves out the least harmful ingredient, the PGE1 (alprostadil). So for the long term health of my penis, I think I'll stick with trimix to minimize the amount of harmful ingredients I'm injecting.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

Trimix and actually even Bimix and PGE1 alone don't really expire they just progressively loose their strength, as such depending on how you stored them, they may still have some potency left even after a very long period of time, especially if they are kept at temperature close to the freezing point, and even if not totally frozen.

With respect to PGE-1, it is not necessarily the most harmful among the 3 ingredients of Trimix, instead it is the one that is generally causing more itching or pain, that's why it is not part of Bimix. Now chances are that if you are using Bimix for your more natural erections, most probably you are injecting more units compared to Trimix to obtain similar results, consequently you are not really reducing the amount of unnatural substances, maybe you are actually introducing even more.
49yo - ED since I was 35 -Oral therapy stopped working- Trimix/Bimix too strong even at the lowest dosage. Now Bionic thanks to Dr. Clavell since March 9 2022. Titan XL 24 cm, no rear tips, trimmed down to 23.5 cm. Reservoir 110ml.

Last week used my normal dosage shot of PGE1 dated 1/15/2019 as current vial was running low and Dr on vacation to write prescription and forced visit ($ grab ) as all urinary functions are good. Kept old vial in the fridge near freezing and it worked perfectly.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!

The PGE1 I'm using is over a year old now and it still works great. I do keep it frozen. Unfortunately it looks like I have to train another doctor again as mine went and died on me. Sorry bugger. I do miss him. He was a good guy.
