2 in the A.M. , and 2 in the P. M. It's cheaper to do the shaker bottle and citrulline and arginine from Bulk Supplements (1kg bags, Amazon).

The daily Cialis is 5mg every day at whatever time, consistent.

What's the theory behind this thing? Why would one take it normally, and what does it do with ED?

If a guy, like me, at 63 with long-standing ED takes 5mg daily Cialis and the arginine and citrulline....it doesn't do much actually. Flaccid length is a little better, I can see my veins in my hands and arms standing out, and I feel very alert. I can't get a hard erection, and having penetrative sex would be laughable. At 20 years old for me though, it would have been an entirely different matter! I would have been Superman with the girlfriends.

But anyway, fast forward to reality and right now, the combination of trimix, daily 5mg Cialis (every day, not just date night), and citrulline/arginine mix (twice daily, not just date night) is pretty incredible! I get rock hard unbendable erections, far better than trimix alone. It's just a synergistic combination that just opens blood flow up. Penis head is fully expanded, girth goes wild, and orgasm causes girth to swell so much my wife goes absolutely nuts. She can feel my orgasm coming like a freight train.

Hey solvingadream, I have now tried your cocktail twice over the last weekend. I started taking cialis 5 mg in the morning, last week Thursday. On Friday night, I took a heaping teaspoon of L- Arginine about an hour before sex. I thought of reducing my trimix dosage, but didn't want to change too many variables. I was both hard and noticeably bigger. Sex was great. I kept taking cialis 5 mg in the am and on Monday, we again had sex and this time it was even better than last time. So, yeah solvingadream, your cocktail works pretty good!! I look, feel and perform much better with it. Thanks.

Be sure to try the "trifecta" of citrulline/arginine (specifically the combo), 5mg daily Cialis, and trimix. Arginine doesn't work for me alone, that's for sure. It takes all of them.

I was more asking about what's the "normal" use of these things.

Also, i believe 5mg Cialis doesn't exist here.

I take the Larginine pro brand, which is 5500mg arginineL, 1100mg citruline.

What is interesting, sometimes at night with my glass of milk, I crave the arginineL powder, so I mix 1 scoop with my milk. I have experimented with 2 scoops, 2 hours before the "deed", doesnt seem to make a difference time wise, 1 hour or 2. Just works! I also take pine pollen 2x a day withy my "dick drink". and has increased my ejaculation output.

Trimix jab.....50% or better erection, gives my jab excellent results. Less than that % approx, seems to end is a misfire or poor results. Each of us is different.

Yeah apparently Pycnogenol potentiates the effects of arginine/curtrilline, and if Pycnogenol is too expensive Grape seed extract has similar ingredients.

Just be careful mixing these with Viagra...etc as by potentiating the effects, you also potentiate the side effects and rare complications that can happen with these drugs like eye or ear problems.
