OK, I ordered the ring (middle size) and it arrived with 10 sticky pads. The middle size would not fit so I contacted the company and they sent me the larger size with 10 sticky pads, all free of charge.
We tried 5 different times to get the larger size to work with no success. This morning I sent a message to the company asking for my money back as they had promised. About an hour later I received an email from the company telling me they had returned my entire cost back to my bank account! These folks are wonderful. They will do anything they can to help you and will return your purchase price no questions asked.
I do believe this ring works on most men. I had an issue as I am not well endowed and just could not get the ring to work properly. But I would recommend it to any one having ED problems. It is pricy but well worth the money if it works for you.

When you say the ring didn't work, was it because you couldn't get it on correctly or you got it on and you couldn't get a erection? I've tried a few cock rings and the Xialla is the only one that works for me. I put it on first then I inject.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.
