First Time & I Have Problems

So after reading hundreds of your stories here I finally took the plunge and decided to use Trimix. I ordered from Olympia Pharmacy. They suggested starting with 10-25 units.

I did my first injection last night at 8pm, and started with 10 units. Within 15 minutes I had a useable erection. Not as big or hard as I'd like but very good for a first time.

We finished in bed about 9, and by 10 I started experiencing some pain through my entire penis.

My erection subsided most, but not all the way down.

Throughout the night I woke up with the pain and my erection returned. It's been 8 hours since I injected and the pain and erection are still strong.

I thought I had sudafed but was wrong, so it will be 5 more hours until a pharmacy opens.

I appreciate any insight and suggestions.

If it has been more than 8 hours go to the emergency room.
If your erection has been coming and going you should be fine. Every time it softens basically resets the clock.

To make your erection go away go for a intense run for as long as you can. Do as many pushups as you can.
If you have any gym equipment do some squats, deadlifts, etc.

These are things that people with sickle cell anemia do because of their constant priapisms.

You got a good reaction to Trimix. Yes you should of had some Sudafed ready for your first try.
Ice? Hot Bath?

When I was on Trimix my dose got up to 60 units to work and the pain would last 2 days after.

The pain you are experiencing is likely from the prostaglandins in Trimix. Since you had such a strong reaction to Trimix you might benefit from switching to BiMix (no prostaglandins, but still has the Papaverine and Phentolamine). You’ll likely still get a great result but are less likely to have the ache.

Or he could try a different trimix formula with less prostaglandin.

I had pain from the prostaglandin too, so i tried a weaker mix. Still had pain, but less. So I tried bimix, which I liked for a few weeks. No pain, but it wasn't as strong or reliable. Then I switched back to the weaker trimix and it's been working great for me for the past 9 months or so.

It's not totally free of pain, but it's much less than when I started using it. Totally bearable.
