Compounding Pharmacies in Mexico?

Does any one know if there Compounding Pharmacies in Mexico? preferable Tijuana because my DR is in Mexico Tijuana
and I would like to get Quad-mix re-fill and send to the united states. Compounding Pharmacies will not make due to He not have a license in the US just Mexico I search all over Google with no leads.... please help.....
